Tim burnout: a classmate of susan and mary and the former owner of mr. mittens. he copied the modified genetic structure used by susan and mary to create dukey and used it on mr. mittens, which turned him into an evil villain seeking world domination. despite his lazy personality, he is apparently very intelligent, as he was able to alter mr. 00 - johnny is the first part of the 24th episode and the 47th episode over all. tim burnout has stolen blueprints of the girls' original plan to alter dukey and uses it on his cat, mr. mittens, but mr. mittens goes insane and now it's up to johnny, dukey, susan and mary to stop his plan to turn....
